After-Hours Care at Sunalta
If you are a patient of Sunalta Medical Clinic and require medical attention outside of our hours of operation, including holiday care, it is provided through a referral-only service at Access 365 Clinic.
If Sunalta Medical Clinic is Open
Appointment Booking
If you call and your physician is fully booked or unavailable, our team will do our best to assist you with our next available appointment in person or virtually if suitable for your circumstance.
If No Same-Day Availability
You may be referred to Access 365 Clinic for triage and scheduling support.
Additional Guidance
In some cases, you may be directed to Health Link 811 for further medical advice if your concern cannot be managed in clinic.

Referral Support
Let the nurse know your family physician is part of a Primary Care Network. Based on your symptoms, you may be referred to Access 365 Clinic for assessment within 24–48 hours.
Emergency & Urgent Care
Medical Emergencies
Call 911 immediately or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
Urgent Concerns
For non-life-threatening but urgent issues, contact Health Link 811 or proceed to the nearest Urgent Care. Ensure you seek follow-up care during regular clinic hours at Sunalta Medical Clinic.
